Pangat Indian Vegetarian Cuisine brings real ethnic Indian buffet to your doorstep in Singapore. We can cater to suit your requirements whether it is for formal or casual lunches or dinners. Our speciality is to supply food for your corporate lunches, to pamper your late working staff or for a party with your friends.

We have experience in catering for as many as 500 people. We recommend making advanced booking, but we can usually supply food on a short notice of 3 days. Please look through our menu under our catering section and feel free to contact us at 90283574 or 90265670 to place an order.

Starters
* Batata Wada – Potato fritters
* Samosa – Stuffed triangular pastry made out of flour (maida), potato, onion, spices
* Pakora – Savoury fritters
* Kachori – Round flattened ball made of fine flour served with chutney (tamarind or mint)

Breads
* Chapatti – Chapatis are healthy simple circular thin grilled bread
* Puri – Puries are simple circular deep fried bread
* Palak (spinach) Paratha – Healthy Indian bread made out of spinach, green chili and garlic. Cooked Punjabi style
* Methi (fenugreek) Paratha – Bread stuffed with fenugreek leaves mixed with herbs and spices
* Aloo (potato) Paratha – Indian griddle fried bread with potato mixed with herbs and spices.

Vegetable Curries
* Aloo Gobi – Cauliflower and potatoes cooked in spice
* Aloo Mattar – Potato & peas cooked together in subtle gravy
* Aloo Saag – A full strength potato and spinach combination, mixed with herbs and spices
* Saag / Palak Paneer – Lightly spiced cottage cheese, finished in a mild puree of fresh spniach
* Kabuli Channa Masala – A hearty and spicy dish from Northern India : chick peas cooked Punjabi style
* Malai Kofta – Mashed potatoes and lightly spiced cottage cheese balls, lightly done until golden brown, then finished in rich mild coconut sauce
* Vegetable Kofta Curry – Curry of fried vegetable balls
* Baigan Barta – Roasted eggplant cooked with onions and tomatoes
* Baigan Aloo Masala – Eggplant cooked with potatoes and onions
* Bharli Wangi – Whole baby brinjals cooked with spicy curry
* Tofu & Peas – Tofu and garden peas cooked in creamy, spicy curry sauce
* Navrattan Korma – Mixed vegetables with paneer and nuts
* Bhindi Masala – Sliced okra with onion, tomatoes and spices
* Jeera Alu – Potatoes cooked in cumin spice
* Matki Chi Usal – Maharastrian style whole green grams cooked in spicy curry sauce

Sweets
* Suji Halwa / Kesary – Semolina pudding
* Gulab Jamun – Dessert made of a dough consisting mainly of milk solids
* Gajar Halwa – Carrot pudding
* Rasgulla – Syrupy sweet of Bengal and Orissa
* Jalebi – Pretzel-shaped fried sweet
* Boondi Ladoo – Boondis are very small, round deep fried balls that have been soaked in fragrant sugar syrup
